Massive thanks to Jen who has made today losing my 18 year old boy Dewi easier with the care and compassion we received today at Bluebell Wood at this very heartbreaking time. A week ago yesterday we had as a family the most heartbreaking decision to ever make. Our beautiful peaches (peachy paws) had leukaemia. We had no choice than to help her go to rainbow Bridge. We were distraught. I rang Jen and Keiran met us at the vets. There are not enough words to describe how kind, dignified and wonderful they are. Wonderful people.

Can’t say enough about how fantastic Jen and Kieran are and I highly recommend them, they are so caring and so sympathetic in what is a very upsetting time losing your much loved pet, they kept in touch with us and kept us well informed on everything that was happening step by step, they made our grief a little bit easier and we can’t thank them enough.

What a wonderful firm to deal with. From my first heartbreaking call to Jen, at the loss of my beloved cat, Kieran coming to my home to collect him, choosing the carved cat urn and finally collecting his ashes, Bluebell Wood made you feel like your pet was part of one family. They make paw print mementoes. What a peaceful haven of tranquility the place is. Kieran and Jen give you all the time in the world to pay those final kisses & cwtches. I have my boy home safe and sound forever. Can’t thank them both enough for everything.

Just want to say a huge thank you to Keiran and Jen for their kindness, empathy and support on the loss of our beloved little cat Simba. Knowing that Simba was looked after and laid to rest in such a dignified compassionate manner has been so comforting. Diolch o galon.

Thank you so much to Jen and Kieran for looking after our gorgeous boy Osca at the end, treating him with the love and dignity he deserved. Compassionate and caring nothing was too much trouble.
